First Annual Company Party

Last week Next Level Solutions came together at our headquarters in Springfield, MO to celebrate our accomplishments and to cast vision for the coming year. For many, it was the first time to meet face to face with our workforce being spread across the country.

It was a great opportunity for teamwork and collaboration as two days were spent with everyone working out of the Springfield office. COO and Managing Partner, Michael Smith said “The team that we are building is the greatest group of people that I have worked with. The camaraderie that exists within NLS is unlike anything I’ve seen. The chance to get everyone together only strengthened the bonds that we have within our organization.”

The occasion wasn’t all work and no play, the week was capped off by a night of dinner, prizes, and entertainment. While we dined at the historic Hotel Vandivort in downtown Springfield, prizes were raffled, and we heard from co-founders Chris Sawyer and Michael Smith. Michael spoke about growth, individually and as a company, while Chris Sawyer, President and CEO gave a recap of 2019 and the vision for 2020. After this, several were able to showoff their acting skills as we were entertained by a local improv group. As a special thanks to end the night, everyone went home with a gift and a newTesla…. a Hot wheels Tesla that is.

“We have an amazing group of people, and we wanted to show them how much we appreciate them all. It was pretty special to have NLS together in one place,” remarked Chris.

“This is place is an awesome environment from the people to the office. Workload is manageable and everywhere you turn you have a support system you can rely on. I have never been a part of an organization who takes the time out to learn their staff and invest into their staff like this one. The atmosphere is so positive that it makes you want to "DO GOOD WORK" for yourself and personal growth, for your teammates to help support reach their goals, and for the company to continue being successful. 10/10 would recommend this job.”
